Disability Services Resource Center (DSRC), formally known as the Bay County Society for Crippled Children and Adults, was founded in 1933 and is dedicated to helping people with disabilities.
Our mission is to serve individuals who are temporarily and permanently disabled by helping them retain and/or become part of their community to the fullest extent of their physical and mental capabilities. We believe that all people, regardless of their ability or disability, should have the opportunity to experience the rich rewards of daily living.
